Die Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts d\u00fcrfte von vielen mit Spannung erwartet werden.<\/h6>\n<h6>In einer weiteren Entscheidung hat der Bundesfinanzhof erstmals genaue Berechnungsparameter f\u00fcr die Vermeidung einer doppelten Besteuerung von Renten festgelegt und damit drohende doppelte Besteuerung k\u00fcnftiger Rentnergenerationen aufgezeigt.<\/h6>\n<h6>Au\u00dferdem entschied der Bundesfinanzhof, dass Kapitaleink\u00fcnfte aus einem betr\u00fcgerischen Schneeballsystem grunds\u00e4tzlich nicht mehr der Einkommensteuerfestsetzung zugrunde zu legen sind.
