Die Finanzministerien der betroffenen Bundesl\u00e4nder haben aktuelle Katastrophenerlasse verabschiedet, denen das Bundesministerium der Finanzen zugestimmt hat. Darin werden u. a. diverse steuerliche Erleichterungen f\u00fcr von den Unwetterereignissen Betroffene geregelt.<\/h6>\n<h6>Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat aktuell entschieden, dass die Verzinsung von Steuernachforderungen wie auch Steuererstattungen mit 6 Prozent j\u00e4hrlich ab dem Jahr 2014 verfassungswidrig ist. Der Gesetzgeber ist nun verpflichtet, bis zum 31. Juli 2022 eine verfassungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Neuregelung zu treffen. Au\u00dferdem hat der Bundesfinanzhof zu der Frage Stellung genommen, ob ein bei der Arbeitnehmert\u00e4tigkeit als Werbungskosten geltend gemachtes h\u00e4usliches Arbeitszimmer (1.250 Euro) bei der Ver\u00e4u\u00dferung der Eigentumswohnung nicht den Wohnzwecken zugeordnet wird und so den Ver\u00e4u\u00dferungstatbestand private Ver\u00e4u\u00dferungsgesch\u00e4fte erf\u00fcllt.
