Sie k\u00f6nnen somit nach erfolgter Antragstellung und Bewilligung ihres Antrages von der Neustarthilfe zur \u00dcberbr\u00fcckungshilfe III wechseln und umgekehrt, um das f\u00fcr sie vorteilhaftere Programm auszuw\u00e4hlen.<\/h6>\n<h6>Von dem Wahlrecht k\u00f6nnen alle Antragstellenden Gebrauch machen, die in beiden Programmen antragsberechtigt sind. Voraussetzung ist, dass bereits ein Antrag f\u00fcr eines der beiden Programme gestellt und beschieden wurde. Zudem muss die\/der Antragstellende eine Erkl\u00e4rung abgeben, dass auf jegliche Anspr\u00fcche im Rahmen des urspr\u00fcnglich ausgew\u00e4hlten Programmes verzichtet wird. Mit\u00a0Zugang\u00a0der Verzichtserkl\u00e4rung verliert der urspr\u00fcngliche Bescheid seine Wirksamkeit.<\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-body
