Erst im Zeitpunkt einer sp\u00e4teren Ver\u00e4u\u00dferung der Aktien seien etwaige Ver\u00e4u\u00dferungsgewinne zu versteuern.<\/h6>\n<h6>Seit dem Bestehen von Internetplattformen f\u00fcr jedermann zur Ver\u00e4u\u00dferung von Wirtschaftsg\u00fctern aller Art werden \u00fcber diese Plattformen von Privatleuten Gegenst\u00e4nde ver\u00e4u\u00dfert. Diese Plattformen haben in weiten Teilen den fr\u00fcher \u00fcblichen \u00bbGaragen\u00ab-Flohmarkt ersetzt. In diesem Zusammenhang entsteht dann die Frage, welche Steuerarten hiervon betroffen sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/h6>\n<h6>Das Finanzgericht Berlin-Brandenburg entschied, dass eine echte Abfindung f\u00fcr den Verlust eines Arbeitsplatzes der Lohnsteuer unterliegt und nicht zur Aufstockung eines Wertguthabenkontos (Zeitwertkonto) genutzt werden kann, da kein sozialversicherungspflichtiges Arbeitsentgelt vorliegt.<\/h6>\n<h6>Das Bundeskabinett hat am 20.10.2021 die Verordnung \u00fcber die Sozialversicherungsrechengr\u00f6\u00dfen 2022 beschlossen.
