Im Zeitpunkt des Zuflusses ist dann auch die Versteuerung vorzunehmen. Das Interesse der Gesellschafter am Zeitpunkt des Zuflusses kann durchaus unterschiedlich sein, je nach den steuerlichen Verh\u00e4ltnissen. Wenn die Satzung der Gesellschaft es zul\u00e4sst, dass Aussch\u00fcttungen an die einzelnen Gesellschafter zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten erfolgen k\u00f6nnen, kann dies per Beschluss so gehandhabt werden. Ein solcher Fall lag dem Bundesfinanzhof zur Entscheidung vor.<\/h6>\n<h6>Das Finanzgericht M\u00fcnster hat zum Anscheinsbeweis, der bei Abbruch eines Geb\u00e4udes innerhalb von drei Jahren nach Anschaffung f\u00fcr einen Erwerb mit Abbruchabsicht spricht und damit den Sofortabzug der Abbruchkosten ausschlie\u00dft, Stellung genommen.<\/h6>\n<h6>Das Kabinett hat eine Formulierungshilfe f\u00fcr einen Gesetzentwurf zur Verl\u00e4ngerung von Sonderregelungen im Zusammenhang mit der COVID-19-Pandemie beim Kurzarbeitergeld und anderen Leistungen beschlossen. Danach soll die Bezugsdauer f\u00fcr das Kurzarbeitergeld befristet bis zum 30.06.2022 auf bis zu 28 Monate verl\u00e4ngert werden.
